Adam Fleming Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Nealon & Associates, P.C., practicing in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law and General Civil Litigation. Mr. Fleming was a member of the Virginia National Guard for 6 years and was deployed to both Baghdad, Iraq and the Zabul Province in Afghanistan.

Mr. Fleming attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated and received his degree in Social Work. Mr. Fleming received his Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in 2017.
Mr. Fleming currently has certifications from the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission to represent Adults with Felony or Misdemeanor charges. He is also Certified as a Guardian ad Litem for children and incapacitated adults.
